Patient List

 

Patient Name

Names of patients for which the account is the responsible party

 

 

The Patient List has an Edit button below it.  If this button is clicked, the software will ask you if you want to open the patient.  If you click Yes, the patient will be opened in the Patient Context.

A patient memo may be entered

Imaging

A image may be scanned and attached to this patient

Save

Save changes to the database

Cancel

Close the form and do not save the changes (if any)
