Aging

Presents amounts due from insurance and patient and then totals both in aging increments of 0 (current) 30, 60, and 90+ days. Aging is from the date the charge(s) was/were posted to MedSuite (the release date on the Charge Batch) to the current date. This view also shows "Unposted" amounts for visits that have been entered but not "posted" to the system through the closeout.

Amount due Ins	Cumulative amount due at the insurance level in the corresponding aging bucket. Current (0-30), 31-60, 61-90, and 91+.
Amount due Pat	Cumulative amount due at the self or patient level in the corresponding aging bucket. Current (0-30), 31-60, 61-90, and 91+.
Total	Cumulative total due for both the insurance and patient due amounts in the corresponding aging bucket. Current (0-30), 31-60, 61-90, and 91+.
