Patients and accounts with last name starting with the value entered before the comma and first names or nick names starting with the value entered after the comma will be retrieved.

Dash ('-')

Patients and accounts with phone numbers or social security numbers matching the value entered will be retrieved.

Slash('/')

Patients and accounts with birth dates matching the value entered will be retrieved.  Partial birth dates may be entered.

Numeric

Patients, accounts, or policies with chart number, account number, or policy number matching  the value entered will be retrieved.
