Ledger Options

Clicking the Options button or right-clicking a row in the grid causes a pop up menu to be presented that provides different functionality depending on the "current" view.  Some options are available on certain views/ledger tabs, while other options are not.  Some options are available depending on whether the currently selected row in the ledger view is a visit, charge, payment, adjustment, claim, statement, or form letter.  See the functions for more information about that function.
